Shane – Managing Director

With two decades of experience in leadership, problem solving and relationship building (particularly in frenetic environments), Shane has been engaged as a change champion, conference leader and workshop facilitator for clients within corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. Combined with knowledge gained during his PhD journey, Shane has far-reaching experience in all facets of human interaction resulting in the development of Versagroup’s cultural change philosophy.  Like Kellie, Shane is also a specialist facilitator whose goal is to deliver rapid, workable, out of the box solutions to any organisation or individual who needs it.


Examples of training he has designed and facilitated include:

  • negotiation strategy
  • emotional intelligence training


Shane is currently completing a PhD with an emphasis on organisational culture, has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a published author through Allen and Unwin.

Kellie – Learning and Development Manager

With over a decade of experience in organisational change management (OCM), learning and development (L&D), and business analysis (BA), Kellie is passionate about guiding organisations through transformative journeys. Kellie’s career has been shaped by a commitment to helping both the Australian Public Service (APS) and the private sector navigate the complexities of today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.


As an experienced e-learning and training facilitation specialist currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science, Kellie combines principles of psychology with innovative gamification strategies to develop highly engaging learning experiences.

Kellie’s wealth of experience in developing and delivering bespoke pedagogical learning programs leverages psychological principles of motivation and reward, neurodiversity, and tailored communication strategies, facilitating impactful and meaningful learning experiences that align with organisational goals. Including subjects such as:

  • Advanced communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Enhancing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ethics, critical thinking, decision making and team building
  • Leadership and Management


Kellie is completing her degree in Psychological Science, is a certified PROSCI practitioner and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Investigations.
