Our most recent engagements:

Australian Border Force (ABF) / Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT)

Engaged to design, develop, and facilitate a maritime leadership development program for delivery in Australia, South Asia and South East Asia locations.


Department of Home Affairs

Engaged to provide SME advice in communications and stakeholder engagement for a large, transformational capability program including implementation of engagement strategies with internal and external (industry) stakeholders and the mapping of inter-dependencies.


Department of Industry, Science and Resources

Engaged to develop and deliver three business readiness and personal development courses to the Graduate cohort in each annual graduate program. Focused on introducing the working of the Australian Government, essential writing and communication skills, and leadership and management skills tailored to the specific audience and department.


Department of Finance

Engaged to design, deliver and assess a Certificate IV in Government qualification for the Department of Finance and many other departments/agencies associated with the Career Starters Program (CSP).


Engaged to adapt the Safe and Respectful Workplaces (SRW) program to an e-Learning platform.  Versagroup was also engaged to deliver this program live to federal parliamentarians and their staff (known as MOP(S) Act employees). 


Department of Defence

Engaged as SME providing communications and change management expertise to a large capability project including day-to-day leading of strategic change management and high-level stakeholder engagement and communication activities.



Engaged to develop a Professional Development Philosophy (PDP) for the Royal Australian Navy which included extensive research of Navy culture and the development of high-level stakeholder requirements through effective communication with Navy executive staff.


Civil Aviation and Safety Authority (CASA)

Engaged by the National Executive Manager of CASA to design, develop and deliver the ‘Communicating as a Regulator’ program aimed at changing CASA culture to improve its relationship with the aviation industry.
